I'm running to make Greenville safer, stronger, and more vibrant by focusing on public safety, infrastructure, and family-centered growth. My platforms champion prevention over punishment, equitable development over quick fixes, and joyful spaces where families can thrive.
WHAT MATTERS TO DEB:
Public Safety (Through Neighborhood Investment)
Safety Grows Where Communities Thrive.
Goals:
• Use economic development and opportunity as public safety strategies
•Explore city grant opportunities so that non-profits working in youth programming, mental health crisis support, and preventative outreach can apply for funding.
•Push for stronger city partnership with afterschool programs that promote literacy, STEM, ARTS, mentorship etc.
•Prioritize road projects and flooding solutions and overlooked communities.
Special Needs Inclusion & Accessibility
Every resident - especially those with special needs deserve a city that supports them at every turn.
Goals:
• Create sensory-friendly, inclusive public spaces
• Expand housing options for families and adults with special needs
• Improve transportation accessibility
• Promote employment opportunities for individuals with special needs
• Ensure inclusive and informed city services
Downtown Revitalization, Business Support
& Family-Centered Growth
True revitalization means creating space where everyone benefits. Families shouldn't have to leave Greenville in order to make memories.
Goals:
• Support the development of the ARTS District
• Push for stronger investments in small businesses
• Attract family-friendly businesses
• Invest in underserved communities through targeted development
• Celebrate and preserve culture, history, and civic contributions
